Overview

OnCourse Learning began as a small company that continued to grow through acquisition, eventually combining over 26 brands. This lead to unique challenges in transitioning a variety of existing brands into a single parent company. The brand structure was developed after extensive consideration of individual brand strength, industry-specific target audiences, B2B versus B2C positioning, as well as navigating requirements from the state, federal, and third-party regulators for all accredited education and certification courses.

The ultimate goal was to consolidate to a strong parent brand, that could be positioned within the marketplace as an extensive, experienced, and technology-driven service provider. This structure included industry-specific sub-brands and two strong B2C brands, all consolidated into a consistent look and feel.
